Psychidelický experimentální film 14,4V 17.11. je ódou na avantgardní filmy z první poloviny dvacátého století. Název filmu odkazuje k jednotce napětí analogového přístroje, kterým byl v reálném čase zdeformován videoobraz. Druhá číslice je datum, kdy byl film natočen, tedy na výročí Sametové revoluce. Autor se roku 2014 vydal zdokumentovat toto výročí, ze kterého se stal nekriticky reflektovaný milník nového českého letopočtu.

Psychidelic experimental film 14.4V 17.11. is an ode to avant-garde movies from the first half of the twentieth century. The title of the film refers to the voltage unit of an analog device that was distorting the footage in real time while recording. The second digit is the date when the film was shot, ie on the anniversary of the Velvet Revolution. In 2014, the author set out to document this anniversary, which became an uncritically reflected milestone in the new Czech era.
