Režíroval, natáčel a stříhal jsem dvacetidílnou dokumentární sérii Antifascist Art. Je o antifašistickém umění, dobových kontextech a paralelách se současností. Autorem pořadu je Pavel Karous. Seriál najdete na youtube A2larm. „Na estetizaci politiky, jak ji provádí fašismus, odpovídají jeho odpůrci politizací umění,“ napsal Walter Benjamin. Prvorepublikoví výtvarníci, a mezi nimi i ti nejuznávanější, se stavěli proti fašismu svou tvorbou v podstatě okamžitě, když se ve 20. letech 20. století fašismus objevil na scéně. Mapováním českého antifašistického umění se v novém seriálu Antifascist Art zabývá sochař, pedagog, komentátor a publicista Pavel Karous. Pořad je věnován zatím souborně nepublikované domácí tvorbě 20. až 40. let minulého století, a to v sugestivní komparaci se současným českým a slovenským vizuálním uměním. Měl by tedy odpovídat na otázku: Jak může výtvarné umění dnes účinně pomoci v boji proti xenofobii, rasismu a nacionalismu?
